I welcome you to my 37-square-meter apartment in the heart of Marseille. It's ideally located close to all the local favorites (Cours Julien, Castellane, Noailles, Vieux Port, Le Panier...) and tourist attractions (the port, Notre Dame de la Garde, Notre Dame du Mont...). You'll be able to stroll through a dynamic and colorful neighborhood! Enjoy your stay! :) Welcome to my home!

Located in Marseille, the accommodation is ideally located and is composed of 1 bedroom with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a beautiful living room. You will be able to fully enjoy your sunny stay! It is located on the 4th floor without elevator
You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay:
Coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, iron, washing machine.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity with all the shops of proximity (caterers, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, butchers, pharmacy...)
The district is very appreciated by the locals, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Slightly in the South-East of the center, the 5th district gathers residential areas and hospitals, attracting many students. Indeed, hospitals and research centers of the 5th create its reputation. This universitary neighbourhood is a calm area, but still you will discover hidden coffees and places. The 5th is a city in itself, as so the young couples can live peacefully as it offers many activities for children. You will appreciate this familial and urban place ; creating a perfect residential balance compared to the dynamic center of Marseille.

une semaine à Marseille

Tout super, joli P1 confortable lumineux et spacieux, on s’habitue vite aux 4 étages, quartier sympa, assez calme et commerces et petits restos autour. Conciergerie accessible rapidement. Le seul bémol est l’entretien des objets qui laisse à désirer, : congélateur qui ne fermait plus coincé par la surgélation, des petits bouts de plinthes cassées, taches sur les draps et matelas (mais propres néanmoins) pas de poubelle ni torchons, bref il manque l’âme d’un propriétaire bienveillant et accueillant pour l’entretien de ce joli logement. Dommage, ce serait parfait sinon.

Nice place but not clean e.g. random dirty socks on the floor and shower was blocked so water regularly ran into the main room. Very hard to get into and unclear instructions, with difficult keys. Made it incredibly stressful as were arriving in the dark and thought we would have to find alternate accommodation late at night. Was unable to contact owner or manager of the property. Good location for money and facilities in apartment are good.

Appartement proche de quartiers sympas

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier dynamique, proche de la place Jean Jaures, du cours Julien. Il donne sur la rue qui est un peu bruyante. Pour les personnes ayant un sommeil léger, prévoir des boules quies. Adapté pour un couple, il est très lumineux.
