You'll be just a few steps away from Steamboat Ski Resort, where you'll get to ski all your favorite runs any time you like! Spend the day on the mountain then come home to pamper yourself with a trip to the shared hot tub or to the community sauna. Inspire your inner chef with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful cookware. Your dinner guests will love eating at the handsome dining table before heading out to the private balcony to enjoy the views while savoring glasses of wine from Steamboat Winery down the street. In the first bedroom, there's an en suite bath. The second bedroom has an en suite bath and a TV and DVD player. The main bedroom features a TV and an en suite bath, and the fourth room has a twin-over-double bunk and an en suite bath.
You'll find slopes like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for the beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for the more advanced skiers when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. Summer guests will love all the hikes they find at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail.
THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
