With its four bedrooms, four bathrooms, luxurious gas fireplace, and private balcony, this condo is the picture of style, comfort, and convenience! Winter recreation opportunities are effortless with the Snowflake lift being within walking distance. Additionally, all of the shops, eateries, and activities of downtown Breckenridge are within walking distance. Inside, you'll find the open living area adorned with burnished wood, luxurious furniture, and lots of natural light. The full kitchen is awaiting your inner chef with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and even a dishwasher to help with clean-up. Dinner guests will enjoy their meals at the large dining table, which seats up to eight. Off the kitchen, you'll find the main en suite bathroom, plus three other bedrooms.

Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

The space for living/kitchen/dining and bedrooms is great! The fireplaces are easy to use and make things feel cozy. Ski and boot storage are great and distance to the lift is unrivaled anywhere.

Beautiful
View of the mountain and accommodated 3 families well with private baths for all. Front desk was helpful with shuttle, forgotten supplies and any other questions. Has place to rent bikes, ski equipment etc. Easy walk to downtown.

Property manager was excellent. Accommodations were great with chair lift and ski rental office on site. Very family friendly. During holiday weekend, the location should consider renting an additional shuttle, but drivers were extremely nice and apologetic. We have travelled a lot as a family and this was one of the nicer stays we have experienced. Thank you.
