This side by side duplex is only minutes from the historic 39th street district with lots restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath as well as a sleeper sofa. You will feel right at home in this quiet beautiful neighborhood.

Great for multiple families

This property was great for our group, which consisted of friends and family. The kitchens were well stocked and the houses were clean. The location was great, close to famous bbq and a short drive to attractions. We loved the backyard and will definately stay here again if we are in the area.

Quick overnight trip(s)

We stayed In this rental & the one next door on two consecutive Tuesdays to meet up with family. Both units we rented were very clean. The keyless entry gave us a little problem, but worked through it. Neighborhood was a little less desirable than I would have cared for, but overall a good stay.

Girls Weekend

This property worked great for our party of 11 Ladies. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Cute place and would stay again. It needs a good cleaning though. Thanks for the great weekend!
