* We also require that stays that are a month or longer have a deep clean every two weeks. The cleaners will also take the sheets and towels for washing. The rate depends on the condition of the home each time, and how many people are staying. This allows us to properly maintain the homes.

**The minimum cleaning fee is $500, if the place is left in poor condition we will deduct from the security deposit any extra cleaning costs we incur. We will provide you with receipt should this happen. To receive the minimum costs for cleaning please be sure to rinse all dishes and silverware well and run the dishwasher before you leave. Trash should be bagged and taken outside, including opened food items. Unopened items may be left.
