Villa idéalement placée mais prestations à revoir

La villa fait rêver avec la mer comme piscine, c’est vraiment top. En revanche, les prestations laissent à désirer : machine à laver qui ne fonctionne, 2 chaînes à la TV, plusieurs volets défectueux, pieds de parasol cassé (impossible de profiter de la terrasse en juin du coup)… Bien sûr le propriétaire nous accuse de tous ces dommages et d’avoir laissé la maison sale alors que le ménage était inclus (pour une poubelle oubliée en effet). La personne nous ayant donné les clefs nous a indiqué qu’il n’entretenait plus la maison et n’investissait plus étant donné qu’elle allait être démolie. Quelle mauvaise foie ! Un conseil : était des lieux minutieux avant l’entrée

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, la villa est spacieuse, l'emplacement pratique et la vue à 180° sur la mer est superbe.

Parfait

Propriétaire très accessible et arrangeant sur les horaires, maison avec tout ce qu’il faut, emplacement parfait, et place de parking pour deux voitures, impeccable.

Excellente semaine dans cette maison pleine de charme et fonctionnelle SUR LA PlAGE , on y aurait bien passé tout l’été… tristes que ce soit sa dernière saison …
