About this property

Situated in the charming Village of Highland Falls less than a mile from West Point, 5 miles from Bear Mountain State Park, and only 15 minutes from the Woodbury Premium Outlets, this listing has something for everyone. There is room for the whole family in this recently restored brick home build in the 1930's and restored in early 2020. Rare to the area this home has ample parking and three full bathrooms!

This home is situated on three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms (queen & double bed), the master bathroom, and an office (with an air mattress). The main floor has two more bedrooms (queen & twin), full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The basement is a large entertaining space equipped with movie projector and sound system, snack pantry, hot and cold drinks, dining space, full bathroom, laundry area, and rustic bunk room (four twin beds). (Please note that the basement is unfinished space, with concrete floors covered in outdoor rugs. It is an optional space to use, as it is not a finished floor of the house.) The custom built back patio has a table with six chairs, umbrella, and four comfortable lounging chairs with coffee tables.

Incredible Home for our family at our Wedding

Absolutely a stunning home that is s beautiful in the pictures as it is in person. Joshua did a great job communicating with me and providing the detailed information to ensure our stay was spectacular. I would 100% book his home again!

West Point Ring Melting

It was a great house for 5 adults and room for more!. Plenty of room. Joshua had someone come and shovel snow and ice for us. So relaxing. We would return here and have already suggested it to people who will need a place for next year for WP graduation.

Beautiful house in very cute town!

We stayed at Joshua's place for a wedding weekend. Joshua was a wonderful host and was very communicative and quick to reply. The house is gorgeous and comfortable. The location is great. I would highly recommend!

Joshua and Marilyn moved to Highland Falls in January 2020 and restored a 1930's brick home near West Point where they work. They live in the house, but love providing families visiting West Point and beautiful Hudson Valley a place to stay during their adventures and time with family.

Why they chose this property

This home is rare for the area in offering three full bathrooms and six off-road parking spaces. In addition to restoring the inside of the home, Marilyn and Joshua have had extensive work done to make the outdoor spaces wonderful spots to gather with your family. At only 45 minutes from the George Washington Bridge, it's a wonderful escape from New York City!
