House, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)
Family owned and managed. We are pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable about the area. We reside in the northeast and travel to the house, making improvements to the home each time we visit. We also employ a fabulous cleaning and maintenance crew. THANK YOU for considering renting our home!!
Owner purchased this House in 2008
What makes this House unique
Our family enjoys vacationing here and we travel down as much as possible. We have children ranging from 1 - 18 years old and they all have a wonderful time in Marco Island. There are so many day trips to choose from but we mostly enjoy the pool, grilling and dining outdoors. The kids love to watch the fish jump and we have spotted dolphins in the canal!

Very nice house with everything you need
My kids were in love with the pool and the house overall. The house have all you need for vacation staying, plenty of pool toys and beach stuff. Very good location in the middle of the island. Michael is a nice person easy to work with.
Returned for another year
Love the house and location. Pool is at perfect temperature. Lots of room. Use of garage, pool toys and lots of beach stuff. Biggest bathroom we have ever seen. Michael is easy to deal with. Empty lot on each side. Quiet neighbourhood. Fishing off dock. Westfacing pool and lanai to see sunset. We'll be back.
Another great stay in Marco!
This is our second time renting this house. The rental process is made very easy and straightforward by Michael the owner. The house is very well kept, cleaned, and has everything you can think of. The 4 bikes provided by Michael are a big plus since Marco is small enough that you can bike wherever you want, especially to the beach which doesn't take more than 10'. The pool is warm and of a good size. The view of the canal is great. We can't wait to be back in Michael's house next summer!!! Though, one small upgrade would be a queen or a king bed in the master's bedroom.
Great house rental!
We had a family vacation and stayed in this home between Christmas and New Years. The master bedroom suite is really spectacular! The access to a pack-n-play, highchair and toys for our one and a half year old really made travel easy. In fact, that was what drew us to this house and we were so happy it did. The pool is where we spent most of our time. This home was had everything we needed and was a close drive to Publix, restaurants, and beaches. We highly recommend it and would stay again! The owner was immediate in response time when the air conditioning needed a quick service.
Great home, great location
My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple times now and cannot be more pleased. The home is very well maintained, clean, and in a great location. We’ve been vacationing in Marco since 2004 and this home is a must for us going forward – we even bypass our family friend’s place and stay here. Michael is a pleasure to work with and is very responsive. We had a small issue with the pool heater and Michael personally called on Thanksgiving to let us know it would be taken care of and even gave us a credit on our rental fee for the very small inconvenience. We’re looking forward to many more Marco visits and staying at this property.
You won't be disappointed. :)
Our family spent a wonderful week here in October. Plenty to do and see in the area if that is your thing. My favorite part was just relaxing with my family in this very nice, spacious, comfortable, well appointed home. We fished off the deck with the poles from the garage (easy catch and you can buy bait shrimp at the Publix) , swam in the heated pool daily, cooked most of our meals in the modern kitchen and on the large, gas grill, rode bikes, watched the sunsets (even from the lanai they were amazing), visited the beautiful, white sand beaches of Marco and Keewaydin Islands...Both were full of shells, rented a boat to cruise around the islands, saw dolphins and many cool species of birds, and played games supplied by the homeowners. The home provided most anything you would need. Very laid back, stress free, vacation with the family!
P. S. Don't forget to visit Naples too. There are many shops, great restaurants, a Pier and easy quick access to the Naples beach by car. There are parking meters at several roads ending at beach accesses. (25 cents for every 15 minutes). Cheap sunset views and not over crowed. Can't wait to return!!
You can charter a boat for half/full day fishing- local restaurants will gladly cook your catch of the day!
