FOR BOOKINGS OF GREATER THAN A MONTH IN LENGTH (JAN-APR) CLEANING FEE WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED TO ACCOMMODATE MANDATORY BIWEEKLY CLEANS IN ADDITION TO THE DEPARTURE CLEAN.

If your not out enjoying the many beach activities or the immaculately maintained grounds and large pool area for soaking in the sun rays. you can simply relax and take in a movie or catch up on your favorite TV show. Wind down from the day and curl up on comfy living room furnishings and binge a few good movies or tv shows on the wall mounted flat screen television equipped with Direct TV satellite service . Sofa converts into a Full size sleeper if needed

Ready for a feast? This kitchen is appointed with beautiful Jenn Air appliances, and comes complete with an array of cookware, coffee pot, toaster, utensils, dishes and glassware.

All of the provided bath towels and linens meet high standards of excellence for quality and comfort.

Guest Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds bunks and a Full bed. Equipped with a wall mounted tv and DirectTV satellite service. This room has 5th floor views of the Bay and island. Ensuite full guest bath has a beautiful walk in shower with glass shower doors and a spacious vanity with granite counter.

The condo is equipped with a private in-unit laundry for all your needs during your stay.
