About this property

BENODET - Close to the Trez beach, the Casino and the Thalasso, this atypical apartment in triplex will delight you for the holidays.
Located in a quiet residence, surrounded by greenery you will enjoy the tranquility of the place to recharge your batteries.

The apartment consists of three levels:
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, a generously equipped kitchen, toilet, as well as a beautiful bright living room, open to a terrace and a private garden of 100m2.
On the first level, you will have two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, each equipped with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
On the last level, a beautiful mezzanine will fill children with bunk beds or to choose a 140cm sofa bed for those who would like to sleep as a couple.
