Welcome to the quiet Perdido Key! The Palacio unit 803 is a beautiful condo with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico! You'll have the ultimate relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo with tile flooring throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, three TVs with the living room housing a TV, and Blu-Ray player.

Enjoy the nice breeze from your spacious, eighth-floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool with access from the living room and your main bedroom. We all know the reason you're here is the beach, but sometimes you have to stay connected which is no problem with complimentary WiFi and a living room workstation next to the balcony with a Gulf view.

You cannot help but feel as though you are on vacation in the main bedroom with a view of the Gulf. A relaxing whirlpool garden tub awaits after a day at the beach, shopping, or golfing. The guest bedroom has a TV and DVD player. The convenience of a full-size washer/dryer is also available.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
