Large and charming flat, with walled garden, 10 min walk from the hyper city centre of Caen.
Come and enjoy our region by staying in a superb and quiet environment. The ground floor flat has a large comfortable living room with library, TV, hi-fi system and internet box.
The living room is surrounded by bay windows overlooking a lovely walled garden, where you can enjoy the barbecue, the outdoor table on the terrace and the deck chairs.
From the living room, head to the open plan kitchen with all the necessary equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery .....) and a high table with 4 chairs.
Continue on to the spacious dining room with its large dining table.
The staircase will lead you to the night part composed of a corridor with a desk, a shower room and a first bedroom on your right.
On the left, the WC and the second bedroom.
Each bedroom has a double bed (140x190), a wardrobe and storage lockers.

Put down your suitcases and enjoy our comfortable flat.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

The landing beaches are about 30 minutes away, the castle of Caen is 15 minutes away on foot, and the city centre is 10 minutes away on foot with all the shops.

Urlaub in Caen

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Normandie. Caen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Die Fewo lag super on der Stadt, man konnte viel zu Fuß erreichen. Außerdem ist sie sehr geräumig und der Garten ist toll. Wir haben gegrillt und die Terrasse gern genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Elsa van Dale war sehr gut, total unkompliziert und immer zeitnah und freundlich. Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Ein bisschen mühsam war oft die Parkplatzsuche, aber wir wurden immer fündig und wir hätten auch den Müll gern differenzierter getrennt, das ist noch ausbaufähig. Insgesamt werden wir die Zeit dort in guter Erinnerung behalten. Herzlich D. Schulze

Séjour très agréable, location recommandée à 100%

L'appartement d'Elsa est comme une maison en pleine ville dont la grande pièce de vie est ouverte sur un magnifique jardin privatif. Très bien équipé, propre, lumineux et décoré avec goût nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Il est idéalement situé à moins de 5 min de l'hypercentre de Caen, avec des commerces juste au pieds de l'immeuble, dont deux excellentes boulangeries. Je remercie Elsa qui est une hôte très sympathique, arrangeante et disponible et recommande sans réserve sa location. J'y retournerai d'ailleurs avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Caen

Très beau lieu pour séjourner à Caen. Calme, confort, de l’espace et de la lumière, bon équipement pour cuisiner. Dommage qu’il n’y ait qu’une petite salle de bains et un petit WC uniquement à l’étage. Bonne literie.
