Best described as durty

Half our party refused to stay due to roaches and cleanliness. VRBO was worthless to provide any help, I emailed them all the photos and videos they requested and with every one they noticed more problems with the property and kept asking for more photos. I got to the point where I told VRBO to proceed with filing my complaint and they didn’t respond. VRBO customer service was a joke at best and the property was filthy.

Couldn’t stay here left after one night

We arrived and had to leave for another hr after check in as they were still trying to clean up. They left all the cleaning supplies laying around after they left. Place still wasn’t clean and smelled bad. Fridge had old food in it. Stove didn’t work. Turned burners on to cook some bacon and eggs and cockroaches started running around. My son had bugs crawling on him in bed. Mice also running around. Had a shed full of garbage across from house. Window air unit surrounded fell out left gaping hole which we had to try and fix with electrical tape. Left after one night and we are trying to get a refund as we couldn’t stay there and had to find another place to stay. No refund as of yet…
