About this property

Spacious 55 sqm flat, renovated and nicely decorated, located on the 6th floor of a residential building with a small lift.

Ideally located in the Saint-Victor/Endoume district, this bright, comfortable flat can host up to 4 people, with air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the "Bonne Mère"!

You will be just few steps from the Catalan beach, the Old Port, the Corniche Kennedy, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Located on the 6th floor, you will enjoy a view on the garden and the Basilica "Notre-Dame de La Garde" from the balcony and the bedroom. The building has a small lift that can carry a MAXIMUM of 2 people at a time. Access is also possible via the stairs.

You will have all the necessary comforts for a superb stay: air conditioning, connected TV, WiFi, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher...), balcony where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine at breakfast.

There is plenty of storage space: shoe/bag/coat cupboard in the entrance, large wardrobe with double hanging in the bedroom, drawers under the bed.

There is a bed 160 x 200 cm and a sleeper sofa 120 x 188 cm.

One towel per person and one set of sheets per bed (bed for 2 and sleeper sofa for 2) are provided.

It is not possible to have parties and it is recommended to be quiet on the stairs or the balcony.

Cozy and clean! Excellent experience

Amazing experience! Assia was extremely kind, organized, and helpful. The apartment was very clean, and well stocked. The location was perfect in a quiet friendly neighborhood, walking distance to every need, and to the beach! I will absolutely recommend this place and stay there again in the future!

Très bonne communication avec Assia avant/pendant/après le séjour. Appartement 100% fonctionnel, déco de très bon goût. La Clim est très appréciable. Le logement est très bien situé et un arrêt de bus à 2min dessert tous les points stratégiques et touristiques. Nous reviendrons, je recommande à 200%.
