About this property

One of the top 50 oldest house's in Ozark! This house was built in 1937 and has just went through a complete remodel. 2 bedroom 2 bath Giraffe Stone Bungalow with brand new central heat and air, original refinished hardwood floors and even added an additional bath. House sits on a double city lot with a privacy fenced back yard to give you privacy to make you feel like you’re not in downtown. Enough room for 6 guest and walking distance to anything in the downtown district!

Your renting a 1937 Giraffe Stone bungalow (the stones came from the nearby Finley River!) We have fully renovated this house to a 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a HUGE private fenced double lot in Downtown Ozark. Relax after a long day of shopping in the furnished house or relax on the back porch in a park feeling back yard. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

We are always just a call or text away, My wife and I live 10 minutes away and my mother is only a block away from the rental. Our family has been in Ozark for 150 years, so if there is something your interested in just ask and with our knowledge we will send you in the right direction!

Ozark is easy to travel around, there are plenty of trails for your outdoor adventure, But with this rental there is no need to get around the city since everything is walking distance. Hop on the Finley River for a great day float, Looking for that outdoor adventure? Look no further, with Inflatable Paddle board rentals and a shuttle available (at an additional cost). Nice and quiet bungalow

This old house is nicely redone. We had great communication before and at check-in, and overall a nice stay. It is an old building, but you can tell the work they have done to update it and modernize it. We would suggest that this is best for a couple rather than more people. Even though it is small, we felt the size was fine for a couple more people, but the doors inside do not latch because of their age so it is easy for privacy to accidentally be breached making staying with another couple likely not a great idea :)

I will definitely be back. The host is wonderful. Throughtout - from initially reserving until after we left - the host repeatedly offered and asked if there was anything we needed to just let him know. The bungalow is awesome. Great area. Quaint, clean, safe and quiet. We forgot and left a laptop under the bed and the host immediately FedEx'd it to us. I will be back!!!!

Short visit to see daughter in college

Our stay and the property was amazing….I’ve never had such good communication with an owner before…he would reply before I even put my phone down!! Definitely hope to stay here again while our daughter is in school at Missouri State!!!
