Schöne Lage in der Mitte der Insel. Ruhig, obwohl an der Hauptstraße gelegen.

Mobiliar etwas betagt. Von den Schlafzimmern muss man zur Toilette nachts die Eisentreppe runter. gegen die man im Wohnzimmer auch leicht mal läuft. Es gibt einen Handkarren zum Einkaufen. Sehr brauchbar ist die Außendusche, mit der man den Sand aus dem Haus hält. Küchenausstattung reichhaltig, nur Tassen sind knapp.
