I've been a Homeaway member at this house for since 2008. I'm happy to have helped families make wonderful vacation memories since then.
Jeffrey purchased this House in 2008
Why Jeffrey chose Sunset Hills Estates
We fell in love with the warm ambience of the house.
What makes this House unique
So roomy and welcoming. Lots of privacy on 2 acres yet just 5 minutes to the majore stores and banks an 15 minutes to the vibrant downtown area with new restaurants and galleries springing up all the time.
No refunds for cancellations made after payment is made
MORE THAN MET OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!
We had a fantastic time...just the spot for quick get-a-ways and sightseeing to all locations in and around Tucson. Jeffrey was there to meet us and explained everything to our understanding. The property was very well maintained. We LOVED the pool and had a great time playing volleyball with a beach ball we purchased at the local dollar store, and which we left behind for the next guests! We would highly recommend Sunset Hills Estates to anyone that wants to experience the luxury of an isolated vacation and at the same time close drive to Saguaro National Park, Rincon Mountain, The Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Tucson, etc.
Great place for family
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Well appointed, quite but still close to supermarket, downtown and the U of A
Grand and eloquent architecture, infused with warm and welcoming decor
We greatly enjoyed our stay - because we don't live this way at home, such luxury on vacation is a wonderful treat. The views from every window are lovely. The air conditioning is nice and quiet and unobtrusive. We really appreciated all the design and decor choices made by the owner, from the large wall art to the vases and sculptures in the great room, down to the coverlets and throw pillows on the beds. It was a fabulous pleasure to be in this beautiful space, and to pretend it was ours, if only for a few days!
Very nice home, beautiful property
Gorgeous setting. Very nice home, excellent layout. Made for a beautiful homebase for our family wedding weekend in Tucson. Only minor complaint had to do with burnt out lightbulbs in a number of light fixtures and lack of serving utensils in kitchen, otherwise we had an amazing stay at this gorgeous property. Hope to rent again in the future.
Great property, location and house! Jeffrey was extremely responsive.
Property close to town with hikes just out the door. Pool, hot tub, sunsets, and sunrises 👍🏜️
Beautiful house for a girls trip
We had a great time. The house was nice with plenty of room for all six of us. We hiked close by at Gate’s pass and had many breakfasts in the kitchen. The owner gave us a quick tour when we first arrived and gave us the great hiking suggestion! We would pick this house again!
