New Years 2024

Stayed in this accommodation over the New Year period. So impressed with the location and the amenities in the apartment. Private garage very useful to have. Only a 15 minute walk into the hub of Queenstown and a wonderful view out the balcony. Would definitely stay here when I return to Queenstown!

Great space for a holiday

Everything was as described. Great apartment with excellent views. Heating worked great and showers were excellent. Beds were some of the comfiest I have slept on in a rental. So good to have a drier to allow for quick turn around of washing from day to day - although it did seem to be a bit fiddly on getting it to work every time. Would def stay again when in Queenstown.

Beautiful property

The actual property was excellent as was the location. The area didn’t have any amenities to speak of but the view from the property was beautiful. The biggest concern we had was the cleanliness of the property. The stairway was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been swept for some time. The light fixtures were so dusty they were fuzzy. The living room light fixtures were full of bugs. Cobwebs could be found throughout the suite and some were even loaded with bugs. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean.

Spacious terrace apartment with great views

The view from the apartment was amazing. There was also an ensuite bathroom for both bedrooms which was great for my family of four. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. However, some cutleries were not properly cleaned when we wanted to use them as there were some stains on them. The garage was also very small and tight for our car to reverse in. There was no lift to the apartment so carrying our luggages up four flights of stairs posed a challenge. Would be great to provide a fan as it can get quite stuffy at night when the windows are closed. (Opening the windows will invite flies and spiders into the house)

Overall, this apartment is fantastic. Despite some houses blocking the view, being on the third floor still offers a glimpse of the lake. The entrance gate is accessible to occupants of the second and third floors, and the key is easy to find in the lockbox. Despite previous comments about the garage being small, our SUV fit fine, thanks to my partner's good parking skills. We love the design and layout of the house, with the two bedrooms situated on either side of the stairs, each with its own bathroom, ensuring great privacy. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Queenstown Gardens, with only a short steep slope; otherwise, the route is relatively flat.

Beautiful

Beautiful appartments fully equipped, comfortable beds, nice comfy Lounge suite, perfect for two couples as we both had ensuite bathrooms. Only downside was we only had enough toilet paper to last us 1 night, A full roll or even A spare roll would have saved us A trip to super market so soon. Other wise we loved our stay and would certainly return 😊

Queenstown trip review!

Vicky was a really friendly and helpful host. We did encounter a few problems, but she was prompt in helping us and it helped us enjoyed our stay in Queenstown. The place was clean, warm and the view was just absolutely stunning from the Airbnb! Would definitely come back to stay here.

Perfect for our family. Property as advertised but found the walk into town around 15 min. Driveway in and road down to town are quite steep if not able bodied. Having garage worked out well for us as travelled with Mountain bikes for riding local MTB parks. Parking restrictions outside apartment and garage a bit restricted for large vehicle like the van we had
