Enjoyed our stay

Loved walking the neighborhood and Sarasota. Attended Oriole Spring Training games at North Port, Tampa, and Sarasota. We loved Siesta Beach!

Second Time as Good as the First!

Loved this little cottage a few years ago and we’re so happy it was available when we visited the area again! It’s so bright and comfortable…and the bed is wonderful! We always love the walkable neighborhood! The location is minutes from the center of Sarasota yet super quiet! We will hope to visit it again!

Holiday Vacay

We loved staying at the property. It’s conveniently located to everything. Our favorite activity was taking a morning stroll down Bayshore Road. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Cottage

Our family enjoyed the stay. The cottage was in close proximity to downtown, airport, and shops in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. This was the perfect gateway for our family. The cottage is about 2h from Disney, so we were able to squeeze it in :). The beaches in the area are very beautiful, we enjoyed the sandy beaches and warm salty water :). We recommend this cottage to anyone who may need some relaxing time away from home. We would love to come back again.

Sweet cottage inexperienced management

Sweet cottage, it’s small and basic but well outfitted, cozy beds and a great location.. My stay was smooth until the A/C went out towards the end of my trip so moving my animals etc not an option. Their contracted HVAC service couldn’t come by until Monday (after Father’s Day) I was left sweltering the entire weekend during a heatwave..an emergency HVAC should have been called ( pricy but available I checked ) no your tower fans do not cool or really blow air ..luckily I brought my own.. If something goes awry be proactive and fix it..don’t have a “wait and see” attitude, guests comfort a priority not YOUR convenience or cost, we’ve already paid you and trust we will be taken care of..your daily rate commands responsibility and standing behind your rental. it’s Florida the A/C needs to be serviced properly especially in the summer! ( air filter was make-shift and REALLY filthy) I was never offered any kind of compensation . ***During the weekend I shut the A/C off in the day so it somewhat worked at night, it took hours to put a dent in the 88/89 degrees/humidity but it never went below 77 degrees and by morning it was like a sauna again, even my dog was having a hard time with the heat..On Monday the HVAC guy arrived and rigged it with an external device, house cooled asap There’s more but I will stop there...I checked out a day early..
