In the quiet area of Roch- Priol, pleasant 3 rooms apartment of almost 65m² for 6 persons located on the ground floor of a individual house. Town center and beach 1 kilometer away. It includes : - entry, - living room with sofa bed of 140cm large, sofa and TV, - open and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooking plate, oven), - two rooms with beds of 140cm large, - bathroom with toilets. Terrace with South exposition and garden furniture. Animals not allowed. possibility to park a car in the property (narrow access). Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 25th of May to 28th of September 2024. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 100€. Linen supply, nursery equipment. Bon séjour à Quiberon

Bon séjour, emplacement bon avec espace extérieur agréable, très propre, bon accueil du gérant locatif, prévoir de changer le clic clac, loyer à la semaine un peu cher mais très bon séjour.
