Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located, cosy, and compact two-bedroom apartment, situated just minutes from busy Chapel Street.
With its mix of upscale fashion boutiques, restaurants, cafes, stylish bars, clubs, bookshops, vintage shops, and nearby Prahran Market, Prahran has everything at your fingertips and is only a short walk to public transport if you wish to venture beyond its bustling centre.
You'll find everything you need to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home.
Enjoy an open plan full kitchen/living area with island bench and 4 stools, a lounge area with a large sofa and smart TV including Netflix.
The kitchen comes equipped with Miele appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and a sleeve of pods, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a food processor, a sandwich press, herbs, spices, oil, vinegar and some condiments. We have a large range of pots, pans, trays, platters and cooking utensils. We like to supply a few nibbles and refreshments for you to enjoy as our guests.
Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable queen-sized bed, blockout blinds, large built-in robes with hanging space, shelving and drawers. Both bedrooms have access to their separate balcony. The bathroom has a spacious shower, vanity, and medicine cabinet for all your toiletries. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included. A European laundry containing a washer, dryer, vacuum, mop and cleaning products. A clothes air dryer for the balcony to dry your washing.
The rear balcony has outdoor seating for 4 and comes equipped with a gas BBQ.
Getting around:
A 10-minute walk to Prahran train station.
A 10-minute walk to Windsor train station
Both are on the Sandringham line.
Bus 246, 603 and 604
Tram number 6, just a few steps away on High St, can take you to the Grand Prix (2km away), the city centre (5km away) and beyond.
Less than a 5-minute walk to Chapel Street, Prahran Aquatic Centre and tennis courts.
10-minute walk to Prahran Market and Aldi
8-minute walk to Coles/Woolworths
The entire apartment is available for use.
Accessing parking:
We have a free parking space inside the secure garage, ONLY FOR SMALL/MEDIUM CARS with a maximum height of 150cm. Use the garage door remote to open the garage door. The parking space is on the left, furthest back, on the top. Parking bays are labelled on the rear wall. Use the round key and insert it into the control pillar closest to parking bay 502. Turn towards the garage door (left) and hold to lower the platform. Continue to hold the key until the platform is fully lowered. Park the vehicle with the front towards the wall. Never reverse park.
PLEASE NOTE the maximum height for vehicle parking is STRICTLY 150cm. Anything higher than 150cm will push into the fire sprinkler when elevated. This will trigger the fire alarm, bring in the fire brigade and evacuate the whole building. The Fire Brigade attendance fee is expensive and will be passed on to the guest.
Alternatively, there are limited free parking spots in front of our building. There are also 1-hour parking spots on our street and nearby.
We do not live in the area, but we are not too far away if needed. We will always be accessible by phone or email.
Please be aware that this is a secure building, requiring a key or fob to access the building from the front door and via the garage. If you leave the apartment building without the key, you will not be able to access it unless someone remains in the apartment to release the door via intercom or you wait for another person to allow you access.
Please be aware that any lost or unreturned sets of keys will incur a $300 fee.
These keys are special order as they are unique and not cheap to replace.
