House for skiers for full winter, Ideal for two couples to share or for family with teenagers. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, Can sleep 8 total. Five minute walk to Mont Olympia skill hill and extensive cross-country/snowshoe trails. Five minute drives to four other ski centers around Saint-Sauveur, Quebec, with 45 minute drive to Mont Tremblant. Secluded, surrounded by woods, adjacent to kids park, at end of cul-de-sac, with little to no street traffic. Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Two living rooms - main floor and basement - with TVs, cable connections and sound systems in each. Pool table, exercise bike in basement family/living room. Queen size beds in the two bedrooms, a double futon in family room with 2 extra cots for children. Open space ground floor with fireplace with wood supplied for full winter. Office with workspace, Wi-Fi, computer connections and printer on 2nd floor. Pet-friendly. Parking for three+ vehicles. Five minutes from Saint-Sauveur and the many restaurants, cafés and shops. Driveway snow clearance paid for with snowblower for deck clearance when necessary. Rental Dec 1 to April 15.

Diane and I have owned this property in Piedmont in the Laurentians for 21 years. We are empty-nesters with our two sons long since moved out. While the house is being rented for the ski season of 2025-26, we will be in a warmer climate and returning in the spring. Diane is Québécoise, a native of the Laurentians, with degrees in Theology, I am bi-national - Canadian and American, and have worked in business and government affairs in Canada for many years. I will continue to work from a distance during the rental period.
We have many wonderful friends and neighbors in the area who would be available to assist with any issues that could arise. And we will be reachable by telephone and e-mail at any time during your stay.

What makes this property unique
The comfortable house with three floors of living space combines extensive amenities for enjoyable stays with being in walking distance (five minutes up the same hill) to a popular ski station (Mont Olympia in Piedmont in the Laurentians, an hour from Montreal). There are extensive cross-country and snowshoe trails in walking distance from the house along with four other ski stations within a five to 10 minute drive for each one, It is secluded with woods on all sides on a quiet street, yet in close proximity (5-minute drive) to the town of Saint-Sauveur with its dozens of restaurants, cafes and shops.
