Clean quiet unit with covered parking at the front door in a small gated complex between the Mount Lawley and Inglewood entertainment and shopping precincts.
Mount Lawley train station (airport line) is an 800 meter walk. Grocery store, bottle shop and restaurants all within 350 meters. Beaufort street bus stop 200 meters. 950 bus direct to CBD, QEII Medical Center, UWA, Centro Galleria, and Perth Train Station.
The space
There is a 5kw air-conditioner in the living area and a 2.5kw A/C in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has an electric heater and a pedestal fan only.
