This unique setup offers two comfortable bedrooms and one bath, ideal for couples, friends, or solo adventurers. Keep in mind—you’ll need to step outside to reach the kitchenette, adding to the casual, breezy feel of this tropical retreat. The kitchenette is stocked with essentials, including a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, and even a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking.

Guests have full access to the sparkling pool and lush outdoor area, perfect for sunbathing, morning coffee, or unwinding after a beach day. We’re just 6 miles from the nearest beach and 15 miles from the Flagler Beach Pier—close enough for an easy day trip to the coast.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests do NOT have access to the entire property. The guest space is separated from the other half of the home by a secured interior door, with that portion occupied by a long-term resident. You’ll have a private entrance and exclusive access to your dedicated area, which includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, the pool, and kitchenette. During your stay, the resident will not use the pool or kitchenette.
