My wife and I are active members of the community. We host travellers who want to enjoy the best location and facilities of Coquitlam. We like to help travellers with their stay. Everything in Coquitlam happens 5 minutes walking from our home, festivals, sports, carnivals, etc.
Why they chose this property
Houses are not super big and are close to the city center here. The swimming pool and the sky train are 5 minutes walking, not a steep area for elderly people.
What makes this property unique
This unit is not a basement; it is higher than the street. It is legal, meaning you have your own power line, heating system, electricity, entrance hall, and even water can be shut down without causing any issue. You are in control!
