This beautifully appointed, 5 bedroom 5 1/2 bath 5,000 sq. foot home is rarely offered for rent and only steps from Spring Lake Beach. 1 block from beautiful Spring Lake and from town where there is abundant shopping, dining, take out and coffee shops. Bicycle rentals available in town.
Quaint Spring Lake town is unique on the Jersey Shore and is perfect for families.
Owner is providing 8 beach passes, including 4 pool passes for use during renter's stay. Please bring your own towels and sheets, including beach towels. Happy to provide the name of services that will deliver sheets and towels.
Two separate washer/dryer, one on first and one on second floor.
Wrap around porch with ample seating is everyone's favorite location for meals, for coffee and for hanging out. Ample indoor space for children and adults to enjoy their own space.
Well-appointed kitchen has every amenity and is well stocked for the cook. Restaurants as well as food shopping minutes from the house. Short drive to Belmar and Manasquan for water activities.

Beautiful Home!!

We spent a week in this home with family and could not recommend it more. It far surpassed our expectations. Nancy and James were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The house was in a prime location, only a block from town and two blocks from the beach. The home itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time and would not think twice about renting it again in the future or recommending it to others.

Great house in Spring Lake

This was our first stay at this property and it won’t be our last. The house pictures were accurate and the hosts were very responsive and helpful with advice on restaurants, services, etc in Spring Lake. The location was a perfectly situated two blocks from the ocean and one block from town. We highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Spring Lake.

Sales retreat 2020 Spring Lake, NJ

The home was nothing short of perfection. Everything was seamless. We held a sales retreat here for our executives. A total of 13 people (4 of whom stayed at the home). We held a catered dinner at the house and a few meetings. Nancy and Joe went above and beyond for me to ensure that there was no room for error. I couldn't have found a better place to stay for my team. We are looking forward to visit every year with the team in the future. Nancy, Jim - thank you for all that you do and did. Beyond humbled by your kindness. Your home is the epitome of perfection!

Beautiful home, great location, prefect vacation

The house was every bit as gorgeous as in the photos. The location can not be beat. A short walk to the beach. And even shorter walk to the town restaurants and shops. Very accommodating and friendly owners who left an informative booklet of information and recommendations.
