Lane Cove provides a serene escape - you will be spoilt by numerous bush walking options, bird watching, kayak at the local lane cove river.

This exquisite property boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and an expansive entertaining area.

Lounge room opens up to covered deck and level lawns so you can enjoy the summer without going out anywhere.

Bus from door steps take you to city (35mins) or Taxi (15mins)

~The Bedrooms ~

BEDROOM 1
~A huge King-sized bed set in a very coastal style bedroom - with bedside tables and a bedside lamp. Behind the bed is a massive walk-in-robe for storing your luggage and clothes.
Additional amenities include spacious timber wardrobe, Aircon system and a chest of drawers

BEDROOM 2
~A Queen-sized bed with a contemporary and stylish appearance complemented by clean, fresh linens. Beside the bed stands a timber nightstand, complete with a modern lamp.
~ Additional amenities include a lovely new study desk

BEDROOM 3
~ A Beautiful Queen bed, cosy linen and with bedside tables. This bedroom faces the backyard and offers very pleasant views
~ Additional amenities include a TV connected with Cromecast for you to enjoy Netflix and Prime


BEDROOM 4
~This space has a Queen bed
~ Additional amenities include a small study desk, board games in the cupboard

Rumpus Room
- Kids can enjoy playing board games or lego here

Dining Room
- Should you wish to have a meal in formal dining (or you can have it in the alfresco area soaking in the sun)


~The Kitchen~

The gourmet kitchen is a culinary dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stylish finishes. Adjacent to the kitchen, the comfy couches and Smart TV.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay, air-conditioning and heating throughout plus double glazed windows for extra comfort.

Considerations for locality and neighbours:

Parties are not permitted at our property. If one happens, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged, and it could mean the immediate end of your stay without a refund, plus a $3000 fine.

Please keep the noise level down between 9pm and 7am to help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. If we receive a complaint from a neighbor, it could lead to a $1000 penalty and an early end to your stay without refund. Since we are in a residential area, we ask that you be mindful of the neighbors.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Any signs of smoking may result in additional fees.
