About this property
Penguin Paradise Studio Guesthouse
Welcome to Penguin Paradise – a very small but cozy studio guest house where fairy penguins visit nightly! This is a single-room space with no internal walls or doors. The bed, lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom are all in one room. Best suited for solo travelers, not ideal for two guests due to lack of privacy. Includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, kitchenette, and ensuite. Across the road from the beach with a 5 min walk and 3 min drive to the Burnie Hospital.
During your stay at Penguin Paradise Beach House, you’ll have the entire studio guest house to yourselves, offering complete privacy to enjoy all the amenities, and peaceful atmosphere. However, if you have any questions or need assistance, we’re just a message away and happy to help at any time.
For a fantastic day out, we suggest exploring the North West Coast of Tasmania Tasting Trail, packed with unique experiences and local flavors:
-Stanley: Discover the iconic Stanley Nut, a natural volcanic plug offering spectacular coastal views.
-Boat Harbour Beach: Relax on the pristine sands or take a refreshing dip in clear waters.
-Wynyard: If in season, visit the Wynyard Tulip Farm for a vibrant floral display (seasonal blooms may vary).
-Burnie: Enjoy a tasting at Hellyers Road Distillery, then head to Bay Views Restaurant for a delicious meal with ocean vistas. Stop by the Makers Workshop to explore local crafts and art.
-Penguin: Don’t miss the Penguin Market (open Sundays only) for local produce and unique finds.
-Turners Beach: Visit the Berry Farm for fresh, seasonal berries and homemade treats.
-Latrobe: Step into the whimsical Reliquaire store, and indulge at House of Anvers chocolate factory for a sweet experience.
Additional stops worth considering include:
-Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm in Elizabeth Town, known for fresh berries and a delightful cafe.
-41 Degrees South Salmon and Ginseng Farm in Deloraine, which offers tastings and tours amid beautiful surroundings.
The Tasting Trail is a wonderful way to explore local cuisine, nature, and culture all in one journey!
