Welcome to Molly! Located on Mitchell Parade and a quick hop skip and jump across the road to the beautiful Mollymook Beach, my small 1 bedroom unit is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. Ideal for couples, it is within walking distance to the Mollymook Golf club, local shops and restaurants and a quick 5 min drive to local townships. Whether you're seeking a weekend getaway or an extended stay, expect a warm welcome, local tips, and a touch of fun.
This ground floor unit has a fully equipped kitchenette with a 2 in 1 microwave/convection oven and portable stovetop and cooking appliances.
The unit has a smart TV and wifi and a collection of board games is provided for rainy days.
An outdoor shower is conveniently located around the back beside the stairs to wash off your sand. A washing machine and small wall clothes line is also in that area.
Parking for one car is at the back and there is a communal BBQ area for guests to use.
