Private Spacious Home - Cozy living in Urban Oasis
Welcome to our suburban oasis nestled in a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood, the perfect retreat from the bustling city yet conveniently accessible to all Greater Vancouver has to offer. Be minutes away from forested parks, green spaces, groceries, restaurants, theatre, golf course and tennis courts.
Our home is located with easy access to nearby highways. There is a bus stop just steps away that connects you to the SkyTrain station, which takes you to downtown in 25min.
A couple of rooms will be locked as storage for our own belongings. All space shown in the listing photos is available for your use.
Driveway parking or street parking is available.
This is our home where we keep with a lot of care, please kindly note:
- We are firm on the max number of guests. Please do not attempt bringing in additional guests without our written consent. Once found, penalty applies and you must leave immediately
- 1 pet may be allowed but must be notified at the time of booking: 1 dog
-Absolutely no partying, no drama, no smoking of any kind, no illegal activity of any kind
