- This property includes a boat lift designed to accommodate a 20-foot bass fishing boat. Please note that the lift is not suitable for larger boats or pontoon boats; it is for standard-sized fishing vessels only
- Swimming in the lake is not permitted. Lake Istokpoga is a shallow, popular fishing lake, and local wildlife (including alligators and snakes) may be present. While a seawall helps keep wildlife out of the yard, guests should use caution near the water’s edge. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when near the lake
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front of the home facing the front yard. Camera 2 is located at the rear of the house facing the backyard. Camera 3 is located outside the laundry room door monitoring the side entrance. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video when activated by motion
