Located on the Shoalhaven River with two and a half kilometers of riverfront paradise; enjoy brilliant bass fishing, canoeing, swimming, bird watching and bush walking. With an abundance of Wildlife, from numerous kangaroos, wombats, eagles, lyre birds, black cockatoos and the elusive platypus. Sit back with a glass of red on the outside barbeque area and enjoy the serenity and passing parade of nature, as you are privately nestled between two national parks at your doorstep.
An indoor fireplace will keep you cosy on wintry nights and an outdoor barbeque and very well equipped kitchen make cooking a breeze. Very family friendly and ideal for a multitude of occasions.

The property is a working Cattle Farm (400 Acres) and is accessed via North Nowra (20min) and is bordered by the Shoalhaven River, Budgong and Morton National Parks.
Whilst the owner has a home on the property and is generally available if needed your privacy is assured.
The property is serviced by a good dirt road but in times of heavy rain a 4WD is highly desirable.
