Welcome to this lovely 5 bedroom,
2-bathroom home where the pool, spa, coastal views, and lush gardens create an enchanting atmosphere perfect for a relaxing holiday.
For families and respectful groups seeking a special getaway, this is an excellent choice as it comes complete with all the high-quality amenities!
The nearby Seacliff Beach is only a 4-minute drive away, while all the other attractions like Adelaide CBD, McLaren Vale Wineries, are less than 45 min drive away
-Private Family home. With quality beds and cotton linen Stay comfortable with zoned ducted heating and cooling. Fully fenced property with Views Pool and Spa.
-Enjoy al fresco dining with sunset views on the front deck equipped with outdoor dining for 10, ambient festoon lights, and a Weber Q grill.
-Lush garden oasis in the backyard with a saltwater pool, spa, outdoor furniture, dinning for 12, fish pond, fire pit, and chiminea. Seperate smoking area..
-If you're travelling with little ones, there are two highchairs, two portable cots, and a pram available for your use.

-We provide five parking spaces on

the property (two undercover &

three along the driveway).

Additionally, there is ample parking

available on the street.

We also have a small fold-out single bed for a child, two double foam mattresses for the floor, and two portable cots with linen.

KITCHEN
This vacation rental comes equipped with everything you need to prepare, cook, and enjoy home-cooked meals. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery available for at least 16 people.
You'll find all the main cooking essentials you need, including salt and pepper, oil, and sauces (in the fridge). There are plenty of large pots and pans, baking essentials, a blender, a food processor, an air fryer, a microwave, and a slow cooker! The gas stovetop is perfect for cooking up a storm, there's an extra fridge and freezer in the carport. Switch this in when you arrive if you need it.

There are two gas BBQs to choose from - a Weber Q on the front deck and a larger one on the back patio
area.
Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee machine with fresh beans, as well as the pod coffee machine gods not included). Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, are provided, along with a fresh fruit bowl and some breakfast cereal.
NOTE:
1. For your safety, there's one security camera above the roller door at the front of the property facing the road .. this is recording 24hrs for both your safety and the property safety. The camera records all people coming and going from 8:26 1

Also a wifi decibel monitor that will give a signal to manager if removed, it is by the spa in the back yard.. the property has strict noise rules for the peace of the neighbours.
2. We are friends with our neighbours, and we want to make sure we respect their privacy. So, we have set up quiet hours from 10pm
to 7 AM. To help us all stick to this, we've installed a decibel meter out the back to keep an eye on noise levels. No loud music or yelling.

You will have access to 4 bedrooms and the back room if requested. the whole property is included, land is 900sq
Other things to note
The Garden pool house has a security camera positioned above the roller door directed towards the road recording 24/7 all movement in the driveway and to the front door.
And a Decibel monitor near the spa in the back yard and after 9pm the levels must not exceed 70 decibels.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the spa off at the power point.
Turn both air conditioners off
Be sure all doors are locked except the back room Leave the key in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep the lid on the spa when you’re not in the spa. The lid closer is easy to use. If your not going to use the spa turn the power point off.
Keep the noise down especially in the spa it’s close to the neighbours bedroom unfortunately.
No extra quests staying. Extra beds and towels used will be charged for.
