Superb Chalet Near The Slopes Of Chamonix

Welcome to our magnificent and spacious chalet that can accommodate up to 10 people, a living space that is wide open on a rural and alpine environment. Panoramic view on the glaciers and mythical peaks of the valley. The garden is in continuity with the old historic ski slopes of Chamonix (sledging, snowshoeing, hiking from the chalet). Very quiet area, only 5/10 minutes by car from the center of Chamonix and 10 minutes from the nearest resorts.


## Logement
Located in Chamonix, the chalet is bright, modern, tastefully decorated and is composed of 3 bedrooms :
Bedroom 1 : double bed of 140 and single bed of 90
Bedroom 2 : double bed of 140
Bedroom 3 : double bed of 160
Mezzanine : 3 double beds
The chalet has 2 bathrooms, a nice lounge area to relax after an intense day of skiing.
It has a high speed Wifi connection to stay connected even in the mountains.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay.
The chalet is very well equipped: private parking, barbecue, tennis table for convivial moments outside, Italian induction coffee machine, bodum, filter machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, washing machine, dryer. Also, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and a large terrace with garden furniture to admire it!
We have beehives in the garden but it is pretty far from the terrace. They are not aggressive and should not disturb you.
The area is very popular with hikers, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.
Special equipment is required in case of heavy snowfall (snow tires or chains).
You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. 10 ski areas make up the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and many activities are offered (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding,...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Many landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year. Quiet area away from the urban agitation - Forest and country environment - Hiking departures (Jonction, chalet des pyramides...) - All shops within 10 min by car. - Ski school : 10min by car - Pharmacy "de l'Aiguille du Midi" : 10min by car - Ski rental "Chamonix Ski Shop" : 10min by car

- 2km from the Bossons train station (SNCF station) and bus stop (free shuttles): to go to the resorts.
- 5km from the Aiguille du Midi cable cars
- 6km from "Le Brévent" resort (13min by car)
- 8km from "La Flégère" resort (16min drive)
- 14km from "Les Grands Montets" resort (20min drive)
In winter, special equipment may be required to access the chalet in case of heavy snowfall.
