This mountain-style home is a perfect getaway for families and friends in any season. You can relax on a spacious back deck in privacy or enjoy watching TV in the living room. Modern dining room and kitchen are perfect for cooking and catering with friends and family. House is in the upper Incline Village with more privacy and surrounded with beautiful Forrest. Attached two car garage is a big plus during winter months. You will find all the touches that just give you that "at home" feeling and sense of serenity.

Notes:
1. STAIRS to climb before entering the property- main entry is above the garage and guests will need to go up 30 stairs to enter
2. Fireplace is not available for guests
3. Ring Doorbell camera at the entry doors and camera in front of the garage
4. The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay. Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks
