About this property

The Sand Bar on Torch Lake

Located just steps from the Torch Lake sandbar. This wonderfully located home is split in to two separate units with their own entrances. Unit B is on the main floor and includes a nicely equipped kitchen. You can walk to everything at the south end of Torch Lake, including the restaurant, party store, boat launch, and the sandbar. There is a very nice shared outdoor space with a fire pit and a gas grill. 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a 2nd sleeping area with a full size bed in the converted front porch. 1 full bathroom includes washer and dryer.
A boat launch just across the street and trailer parking with MI park pass.
