The perfect place for your holiday! Relax with the family or friends in this beautiful modern home.
Enjoy a sauna after a long day out on the slopes.
A log burner will keep you toasty warm in winter while you admire the breathtaking mountain views.
Located in a peaceful neighborhood only 7 mins drive from central QT and a few mins away from Coronet Peak access road.
Enjoy the stunning rural surroundings, yet walking distance to amazing local restaurants and cafes in Arthurs Point.
Modern dwelling built in 2022 featuring 3 bedrooms, one spacious bathroom with a bath plus an extra toilet downstairs.
Balcony facing the mountains and a newly built deck out the back with a 4 person sauna. The living room has a log burner with a transfer heating system to keep the entire house toasty warm during the cold winter months!
There is also a heat pump upstairs and heaters in the bedrooms if needed.
There is a separate flat downstairs. It’s completely separate from the main house. You share no spaces.
Free parking for 2 cars or more right outside the door.
The entire house, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living plus one bathroom and one seperate toilet is yours to use. 1 balcony, 1 large deck with sauna and BBQ. Storage for skis available.
The owner Emma will be available on Airbnb messages. If it's urgent we have a local property manager who can help resolve any issues.
Arthur’s Point is a small but buzzing township nestled beside the famous Shotover River.
You’re within walking distance to an epic selection of dining options including Cargo Gantley’s Pub & Café, the Gin Garden, Rakau Pizza and Canyon Brewery.
The renowned Onsen Hot Pools and a bowling alley is close by for your enjoyment. If you wish to venture further, you’re only a short drive from Queenstown CBD and Arrowtown.

There is a bus service to Queenstown and Arrowtown every 30 mins. The bus stop is only a few mins walk from the house.

- Load dirty dishes into dishwasher (do not put dirty items away as if clean)
- Turn off lights and electrical items used (do not switch off utilities like WiFi/modems)
- Turn off heated towel rails and gas fire (if applicable)
- Secure all windows and doors
- Return access keys/remotes to their original location (lockbox or kitchen bench)
**Late check-out or properties left in poor condition may incur additional cleaning fees.**
