CAPBRETON. Villa Malbec welcomes you into a warm and welcoming space. The living room opens onto a terrace with an awning and a south-facing garden, allowing you to make the most of the sunshine. The fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room, includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob and classic Nespresso coffee machine. A games room with table football is also available to entertain young and old. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available.
The ground floor sleeping area comprises : Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (80cm). Bedroom 2 has 2 single 80cm beds. A shower room with walk-in shower and double washbasin. A WC is nearby.
Upstairs, bedroom 3 opens onto a balcony with views over the garden and is fitted with a 160cm bed, with an adjoining toilet. A shower room with velux window includes a shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom 4 has a 160cm bed, while bedroom 5 is a children's bedroom with a 90cm bed and a pull-out bed.
The annex, overlooking the garden, offers bedroom 6 with 2 single beds and an en suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. There's also a plancha and barbecue for al fresco dining, as well as a boules pitch and table football. The swimming pool is out of service from 1 November to 1 April for winter storage. The annex is not available during the winter season (October to March inclusive).

Villa Malbec is ideally located in a quiet, residential area, close to the centre of Hossegor and the golf course, which is accessible via narrow streets. Holidaymakers will particularly appreciate the rear garden with its swimming pool. This villa is perfect for family holidays. Outside the high season, arrivals are possible on days other than Saturday. Please note that linen is not included in the rental price. In the low season, a heating package may be available at extra cost. Please note that the accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
