The space
Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the full-length lanai, offering ocean and expansive mountain views to soothe your soul. Watch sunsets, distant waterfalls, birds, and clouds drift by from the sectional sofa.
Each bedroom and common area has brand new A/C units to keep you cool after a day at the beach.
Enjoy the oversized lanai upstairs, 3 smaller lanais, and an oversized sloped backyard perfect for family time, games, or listening to the jungle-like birdsong.

The open kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals, plus luxuries like a kitchen island, mini-fridge, Vitamix blender, dishwasher, rice-maker, Keurig K cup pod coffee maker, 50qt rice cooker, steamer & slow cooker, electric stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and toaster.

We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and multiple coolers for your beach adventures.

After a day of exploring, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and toss the towels in the washer/dryer. Need to work remotely before heading to the beach? Two bedrooms have desks, and the house has high-speed 1Gbps internet. There’s also an air-conditioned seating/play area on the ground level for extra space.

All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

To ensure restful sleep, all beds have memory foam toppers, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, and 100% organic cotton sheets. All toiletries are vegan, hypoallergenic, and cruelty-free.

The house sleeps 13 guests on beds. Extra guests can use air beds. Two pack n plays and a high chair are also available.

This is a quiet residential area. Please respect the neighbors, many of whom live here full-time. To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these guidelines:

QUIET HOURS: 10pm-7am
Noise from the lanai carries easily, and fines for noise nuisance begin at $150 before 10pm. After 10pm, fines start at $300, increasing to $500 every 30 minutes if the noise continues.

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 cars: 2 medium sized cars in the garage, and 2 in the driveway. Cars parking on the lawn or street will be towed.

Full community rules are posted on the fridge. Violating these may result in cancellation of your stay.

This is a quiet residential area; any fines issued by Princeville Patrol during your stay will be passed on to the guest.

This charming retreat is located in the heart of the nesting area of the renowned Albatross at the end of one of Princeville's premier quiet ocean bluff. Hike down to Sea Lodge Beach and enjoy snorkeling in a secluded paradise. Hanalei Beach is just five miles down the hill! Take in the beautiful views and the cool waters at Queen's Bath just over one mile away. The beautiful biodiversity of the island is presented in Princeville Botanical Gardens three and a half miles from the home. Princeville Makai Golf Club lies just one mile away and offers 18 holes of golf with lovely ocean views.

For the safety and comfort of you & your neighbors we’d like to note a couple of important things to remember while on Kauai.
Please remember you are in a quiet neighborhood - we ask that you extend Aloha to your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially before 8:00am and after 9:00pm. While enjoying our beaches we ask that you are mindful of the surf and encourage you to swim at lifeguarded beaches only. The North Shore of Kauai has several quaint, historic bridges which require an extra consideration of Aloha! These bridges are one-lane only. Local etiquette is to allow 5-7 cars to cross at one time. Please be considerate and courteous. Be sure to drive with Aloha!
