This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. Condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Margarita Maker, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, knife set, toaster oven. Master suite bedroom with king-size bed and large ensuite, walk-in closet, luggage racks with shelfs. Twin beds are in the second master. Both bedrooms and living room include big screen smart TVs with cable service, Netflix and Roku included, free WiFi, sleeper sofa, screened in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, and washer and dryer. Rental also includes beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, BBQ set. There is an assigned parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the room.

Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully-equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.
