- Train Access South Yarra Station is approximately a 12-minute walk, with frequent services to the Melbourne CBD and southeastern suburbs.
- Tram Services
~Route 58: This tram runs along Toorak Road, about a 10 minute walk from Dorrington Studio. It connects West Coburg to Toorak, passing through key areas like Southbank and the CBD.
~Route 78: Accessible via Church Street, an 8 minute walk away. This tram travels between North Richmond and Balaclava, passing through Prahran and Windsor.
- Bus Routes Several bus routes are within walking distance:
~Route 605: Stops virtually outside your door, connecting Gardenvale to the CBD and just beyond to Queen Victoria Market, via South Yarra, Botanic Gardens, NGV, Arts Precinct, South Bank and Crown Casino.
~Route 246: Stops on Punt Road, a 5-minute walk. It runs between Elsternwick and Clifton Hill, passing through Richmond and the CBD.
