• Early/late may be possible—please ask.

• Use spot in front of garage only.
• Do not park on interlocking stones.
• Park so 2 cars can fit side by side.
🗑️ Garbage & Recycling (7+ day stays)
• Pickup: Friday mornings
• Please move green & blue bins to curb Thursday night.
🎉 No Parties or Loud Noise
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM
• No unregistered guests.
🧼 Be Respectful
• Treat the space like your own.
• Report any damage ASAP.
🔑 Keys
• Always return to lockbox provided on the porch.
• Lost keys may incur a fee.
🐾 Pets
• Sorry, no pets allowed due to allergy concerns.
