Ocean View 2 Storey 4x2 With Large, Lawned Enclosed Yard
Our newly refurbished home has a relaxed, coastal vibe and is perfect for a large group. The balcony, with shade blinds, has great views (especially at sunset) and there is a large manicured lawn area next to a bbq area complete with a large covered deck, lounge area and a dart board. The balcony is the perfect sunset viewing area and is complete with outdoor dining for 6, a lounge perfect for an afternoon kip, and a couple of bar stools for and ice cold beer with a view. The kids room, contains the second tv and fits up to 5 children.

We are a large family of 7 and love holidaying with friends and family. We are often in multiple cars and with a boat. We have designed the yard with this in mind.
Why they chose this property
We love the location and elevation of the house and prefer to be in the heart of town. There is a great ocean view from the kitchen, balcony, and (a favourite) the upstairs shower.
What makes this property unique
It’s hard to be anything but relaxed in this house. It may be a 70’s fibro but has had a heap of love and sweat put into it by our whole family. We were devastated to be out of action for years after Cyclone Seroja and are finally at a point where we love staying at our holiday home once again. We have worked tirelessly to deliver accomodation that is stylish, yet super relaxed and easy to clean. The one thing missing is wifi. This is intentional and we encourage you to embrace your surrounds and everything Kalbarri has to offer. We hope you love it as much as we do.
