Are you on a vacation, business trip, leisure or visiting family? We are glad to host you! This newly built legal private basement suite with own entrance, separate thermostat, kitchen utensils, free street parking, 2 minutes walk to the park & 7 minutes drive to amenities.

PS: Landlord lives upstairs with a kid. They do their best to minimize noise & with the provision of sound proofing, you might still hear her occasionally.
