Un vrai scandale!

Rien ne correspond ni au descriptif ni aux photos. Le château est en état de décomposition avancée et très sale. Nous avons été en contact avec Abritel dès la première minute sur place pour avoir une solution de rechange. Leur service clientèle est incompétent voire inexistant. Pour info leur concurrent direct a rayé cette location de son site, selon les dires mêmes du proprio, Abritel ne semble pas bouger et vouloir gruger d’autres clients. Nous ne savons pas qui du propriétaire ou d’Abritel, est le plus scandaleux dans cette histoire! A l’heure actuelle nous attendons toujours un remboursement car c’est du vol. Outre l’état insalubre du château, c’est la première fois que nous sommes accueillis pour faire la vaisselle et le nettoyage dans une location. Seul point positif: il a fait beau.
