With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a powder room, the home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests — with 14 individual sleeping spots, providing flexibility and space for everyone to rest comfortably.

At the heart of the home is a full-size indoor squash court — the only one of its kind in Fernie. This versatile space doubles as a multi-sport court, allowing for badminton, pickleball, volleyball, table tennis, or even indoor soccer.

It’s also ideal for yoga sessions, stretching, small group fitness, or wellness activities, and can even be transformed into a creative meeting or workshop space for corporate groups.

Fernie Alpine Court Chalet offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a powder room, across a flexible layout designed to suit a range of groups.

The home includes a fully equipped private suite that can be seamlessly locked off or incorporated into the main house, depending on your group’s needs.

The suite includes one or two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, its own kitchen, living area, laundry, and private entrance.

When the suite is open to the rest of the home, it provides up to five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total.

When used separately within your group — for example, to provide privacy for a family or couple — the main home offers three or four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an additional powder room.

In total, there are 14 individual sleeping spots, allowing for variety and comfort — whether it’s couples seeking privacy, kids sharing rooms, or colleagues traveling together.

All bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring quality bedding, mountain-inspired décor, and ample storage space. Bathrooms are sleek and modern, with walk-in showers, soaker tubs, and premium fixtures.

Guest safety and comfort are top priorities. Fernie Alpine Court Chalet follows a four-step cleaning protocol to ensure pristine conditions for every stay:

All areas are swept, vacuumed, dusted, and mopped before sanitizing.

Dishes, linens, and towels are washed at the highest heat settings.

Surfaces are cleaned with soap and water before disinfection.

Sanitize:

High-touch surfaces (remotes, switches, handles) are disinfected with approved sprays and allowed to air dry.

Check:

A room-by-room checklist confirms every space is fully sanitized and guest-ready.

Reset:

Fresh linens and supplies are stocked only after cleaning is complete.

Cleaning gear is sanitized or replaced between turnovers.

Once sanitized, rooms remain closed until guest arrival.
