Emplacement magique

Cette maison est dans son jus ce qui rend l'endroit encore plus magique. On peut dire les pieds dans l'eau. Pouvoir déjeuner ou diner sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner à l'ombre d'un arbre avec le levé de soleil sur la mer. Descendre dix marches d'escalier et être sur la plage... Sortir du lit avoir la vue sur la mer du balcon... La maison a vraiment énormément d'atouts. Je la conseille vivement.

Bon emplacement

Jolie maison de famille, super emplacement, jardin et terrasse avec accès à la mer vraiment idéaux ! Mais quel dommage d’avoir tout misé sur l’extérieur ; avec un tel potentiel, que ce soit aussi moche à l’intérieur : inconfortable, kitch, de bric et de broc, pauvre… un plus pour la literie, mais il faut faire un effort pour l’ameublement et la déco surtout si l’on vise un certain standing ! Notre hôte est plutôt sympathique et à l’écoute, mais faut terminer TOUS les travaux avant de mettre en location ! Surtout quand on loue à certains tarifs…
