Hello, we offer you our beautiful comfortable and spacious apartment in a small condominium. Our property is located in Gérardmer less than 100 meters from the lake and all amenities (shops, town center, supermarkets, Casino, swimming pool, bakery, pharmacy, doctors...) bike room, private parking space. A terrace overlooking a garden and a boulodrome. The apartment includes: - 1 large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, 80 cm flat screen TV, opening onto the terrace with garden furniture and bench. - 1 bedroom which opens onto the terrace with a 140X190 bed, a secretary desk and a large storage cupboard. Bed linen included (duvets with cover, pillows, blankets, plaids and bedspreads) Not included but possibility with small supplements (flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels.) - 1 bedroom with two single beds. 80X200 and corner storage cabinet. - 1 bathroom with shower, towel dryer and washing machine. - 1 separate WC. In the hallway closet to store your food shopping. - 1 kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, small appliances and everything necessary for cooking. Everything is done to make your stay pleasant. You will also appreciate the many activities offered in Gérardmer and its surroundings, famous regional products to taste, visits to textile factory outlets for the manufacture of Vosges sweets, cheeses and good honey... Our animal friends are not not accepted. WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY. No weekend rentals.
