Renovation Update:
2026 Enhancements – Phase 3

Beginning mid-April through September 2026, we will launch Phase 3 of our enhancement plan—transforming the area between the Administration Building and Guest Room Buildings into a more seamless and vibrant outdoor space.

Here’s what’s new in Phase 2B of our renovation efforts:

Bar:
-Pending: Installation of light fixture globes
-Pending: Stainless steel edge for the counter bar liquid tray
-Pending: Stainless steel bar door
-Column ropes: 50% installed
-Towel Hut

Windows and doors installed:
-Light fixtures at the trellis entrance and electrical panel: pending installation

Pool & Mechanical Room:
-Mechanical room: Equipment delivered; floor preparation underway for equipment installation
Cable tray installation in the mechanical room has started
Final section of the waterslide installation is ongoing
Main feeder cables being pulled from the main electrical panel on the south side to the mechanical room

Earthworks and Fill:
-Filling and leveling in the east area of the pool is ongoing
-Pening levels definition at the New Cabanas area.
-Entertainment Area
-Wooden column installation ongoing
-Concrete pouring for wall reinforcement and electrical boxes completed
-Beam installation ongoing
-Old Cabanas

Existing cabanas repainted at Adult’s pool:
-Millwork delivered for the first cabana at the adult pool. Pending electrical installations

Gelateria:
-Slab concrete poured; masonry wall installation ongoing
-La Ramblas Entrance

Paver installation ongoing:
-Incorrect paver finish sent by local supplier. Pending for delivery of the good ones.
-Furniture & Finishes

Furniture unpacking and placement started:
-Post-construction sealing underway (north side of pool)
-Umbrella installation mostly complete; alignment checks pending
