Welcome to my home !
I welcome you in my 40 square meters apartment in the heart of the 20th district of PARIS, located on the 4th floor without elevator, perfect for a stay of 2 persons. It is ideally located near the Place de la Nation and the Gates de Paris. You will be able to walk in a dynamic district and discover the city of love in all its splendor!

Located in Paris, the accommodation is charming and cosy, perfect for a tourist or professional stay, with a capacity of up to 2 people.

It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an equipped and functional kitchen, open on a beautiful living room with a sofa to relax you after an intense day.
You will have at your disposal during your stay: Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven/micro-onde (2en1), Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dryer, Wifi.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings, namely the Buzenval station (Metro line 9) and the Buzenval bus station (line 57)!
The apartment is ideally located near the Place de la Nation (10 min walk), the Père Lachaise Cemetery (20 min by metro line 26/64), the Atelier des Lumières (15 min by metro line 9) and the Place de la Bastille (15 min by metro line 9-1).
The Picasso-Paris National Museum is 25 minutes away by metro line 9, the Louvre Museum is 25 minutes away by metro line 9-1, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 30 minutes away by metro line 1 and the Eiffel Tower is 45 minutes away by metro.

You will find many shops nearby such as an Auchan and a G20, both within 5 min walking distance. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the neighbourhood is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
